Real Estate Education Endowment Scholarship
Are you a Peralta student pursuing a career in real estate? You may be eligible for up to $1,200 in scholarship support for the 2026–27 academic year.
The Real Estate Education Endowment Scholarship, administered by the Foundation for California Community Colleges (FoundationCCC) in partnership with the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, provides financial support to eligible California community college students pursuing real estate education.
The Peralta Colleges Foundation is helping Peralta students access this opportunity by collecting applications, verifying eligibility, and submitting eligible students to FoundationCCC for consideration.
Scholarship Award
Eligible students may receive:
- Up to $600 per semester
- Up to $1,200 during the 2026–27 academic year
Scholarship funds may be used for fees, books, supplies, and other related educational expenses.
Funding is limited and scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, so students are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
Are You Eligible?
You may be eligible if you:
- Are pursuing real estate education, with preference given to students who have declared a Real Estate major or a related major with a concentration in real estate;
- Are eligible for the California College Promise Grant or are experiencing other circumstances that create a significant obstacle to pursuing higher education;
- Have already successfully completed at least one 3-unit college Real Estate course with a grade of C (2.0) or better; and
- Are enrolled in at least 3 semester units of qualifying Real Estate coursework during the semester for which you are seeking the scholarship.
Certain courses in Accounting, Business Law, and Economics may also qualify after the Real Estate course prerequisite has been completed.
Apply Early
Application Period: September 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027, or until available funds have been allocated.
Because funding is limited and awards are made on a first-come, first-served basis, do not wait until the deadline to apply.
The Peralta Colleges Foundation will review applications and verify eligibility before submitting eligible students to FoundationCCC for funding consideration.
Submitting an application does not guarantee an award.
